They do all sorts of planned food-related events to keep morale high: chili cook-off, Pizza Day, PB&J day, but they also toss in unannounced freebies like when I walked into the kitchen and there was cereals, milk and bowls laid out, or yesterday, when there was a whole assortment of Little Debbie cakes.
