My one regret is that it didn’t come through DC for Selena and I to score free tickets, and then be able to do a comprible comparison to the Earth, Wind and Fire tribute Hot Feet. I do expect this show is worse, but it’s hard to be sure from just the one song.
Please enjoy this train-wreck clip of the new Bob Dylan tribute musical The Times They Are A’ Changin.
Oh my god! Truly the best clip ever! Now I don’t feel so bad about being not graceful with the Ball.
Seriously??? Seriously. That looked like a dog’s breakfast.
The lead singer guy with his giant phallic guitar were bad enough. Then, when the dancers (was one wearing DOG EARS?) came out, my hands went to the side of my head. When they brought out the Galls, my jaw dropped to the floor. When they started bouncing, my head started to shake. This is just too much.
And which crazy View lady was screaming at the end?!?!?
So Bob Dylan, how does it feel to have your life’s work made into a crappy musical?
Was that Macauley Culkin?
I wonder if they said, “Hey this is pretty bad. How can we make it worse? I know, lets put some scary looking mimes writhing on the ground.”
I couldn’t make it all the way through that clip. The urge to blind myself with corkscrews was just becoming too strong
