Especially the whole annoying in law thing, at least for me, I learned alot that I didn't want to learn about both sets of parents in our first year of marriage. For instance, I thought my parents or all parents for that matter knew everything and were right about most things. I quickly learned that was not the case with either set of parents and that we were actually more responsible about minor things than they were. It was a very eye opening first year, which laid a lot of ground work for the following years and especially when we had kids.<BR/><BR/>As to what I would have asked prior to getting married: Is my partner going to annoy/gross me out by leaving wrappers and fingernail clippings around?
