The the National Weather Service came out with its hurricane predictions this week and it was not what we wanted to hear.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA) announced its outlook for a “high probability” of an above average season. NOAA predicts 13-17 named storms, seven to 10 of which will become hurricanes, and three to five of those category 3 or higher.
How will this affect our wedding? We have no idea. We still are outside the heart of the season, and come October the storms are typically further west, pounding the Texas/Louisiana coast, and not Florida. Still, we are all becoming amateur meteorologists as we get closer to the date.
If a hurricane interrupts your wedding, I am going to name it Kangleto. Or maybe if there have already been too many at that point, Seleg… no? Other suggestions? Or perhaps I should stop naming hurricanes to go with your wedding altogether! … Oopsies!!

Hahaha- sorry. I shall now contain my attempts at further humor on the subject, because I like you guys more than I think I am funny : )
