Greg and Selena plus one

Posted by: Greg

We’re working on a re-branding campaign for this site and for our lives, because in six short months, there will be a new addition to the Robleto household. In other words…

Selena is pregnant!

We could not be more excited. We’ve been calling him/her our little Tiger cub, because she’s due in late April 2010 (the year of the Tiger by the Chinese Zodiac). Selena is just heading into the second trimester, which means the baby is about 13 weeks along.

Tiger currently looks like this:

The newest Robleto, 12 weeks along.

The newest Robleto at 12 weeks.

What fantastic news! I already wrote to your mom. We are so happy for you both. Selena, I also wish you the best of health. These first few months with morning/afternoon/night sickness can be a pain. I can’t wait to see you guys and your baby bump at Christmas!
So about the Tiger imagery. That is really awesome. I love names that have a story/significant meaning behind them.
Base soley on the Tiger theme, baby name suggestions might be Tony, Shere (Khan), Montecore(Sigfried and Roy’s), and my favorite, Hobbs.
It might be cool to work the Mandarine symbol for strength, inot your brand. It will also make for a cool tattoo, later.
    So happy for you!

If it’s a boy, you should SO name him Tiger. And if it’s a girl, Ying-Ying. Because of that scene in Joy Luck Club where she says she’ll be waiting in the shadows – like a tiger!

Many best wishes for the little little. And let me know if I’m supposed to knit a pink sweater or a blue one…or maybe an orange and black striped one?
