Before I get into blog posts about packing or closing or trying to rent out our condo, I probably should start by saying that we are moving.
Selena and I found a home that we are very happy with. It is in Flower Valley, the very neighborhood where Selena grew up and only a few streets down from that family home where her dad and step-mom still live.
It’s a town house with three bedrooms and three baths, plus a finished basement and porch off the back. It’s going to be a lot more space, which has just become necessary with Selena starting her own business out of the home, plus the impending need for a nursery.
We closed on the house this past Friday and will be moving in this coming week. We haven’t scheduled the housewarming party yet, but we’ll let you all know as soon as we do.

congrats! looks like a nice place with only a little work needed, but a liveable kitchen until you do it!
according to a friend of mine, you are “1/3 old” when you get married, “1/3 old” when you buy a home, and “1/3 old” when you have a child. so you guys are “completely and reallly old”…but don’t worry, so am i (in fact i might be older since i have 3 kids!)

G&S- I know I’ve congratulated you, but I just really like looking at the pictures- the place is so cute! Can’t wait to see it in person… congrats again!! Oh, and good luck with the move- you must be relieved to have pros, even though they don’t do the packing for you.
