On August 24th Selena and I will be briefly at the bookstore and then locked in the house taking turns watching the baby and reading the final book of The Hunger Games trilogy…

If you are an avid reader and friends with Selena then she has probably encouraged you to read The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins.  We both loved that book so much, that we were actually fighting for the second book of the trilogy, Catching Fire. I would steal it out of her work bag to read on the Metro. She retaliated by putting dummy books in her bag so when I stole it I was stealing the wrong one.

We both quickly finished both books and have been waiting in eager anticipation for the final book of the trilogy. I’ve let Selena know that this getting a puppy, moving to a new home, having a baby sequence of events is really just a ploy to keep me distracted so I don’t spend all my time waiting in anticipation for the final book to be released.
